The Prime Minister of Cape Verde, Ulisses Correia, who was on an official visit to the region, inaugurated, last Saturday, the second phase of the Structural Way of Boa Vista Island, composed by the airport roundabout/roundabout of stones and by the rehabilitation and asphalting of the access road to Povoação Velha.
