Hotel will have 4 floors and 30 rooms, divided between the 1st and 2nd
floor, and a basement for parking spots and technical areas. Floor 0 will
have a main entrance, a bar, a ball room and a back office.
With a deadline of 24 months, the work includes project performance, earth moving works, reinforced concrete structure, finishes and all special facilities of the enterprise.
