ELEVO Engineering won the contract for the implementation of structure, finishes and special facilities of the Xiluva Garden Condominium in Maputo, being completed within 12 months.

The apartments’ building is developed on 4 levels, consisting of ground floor plus three floors and it is divided into 5 blocks.

In total, the building housing complex has 30 apartments, of which, 3 are T1, 12 are T2 and T3 and 3 are T3+ apartments.

The project "Xiluva - Jardim" is a luxury housing project in the centre of Maputo and occupies about 4,350.00 m2 of land, close to Julius Nyerere Avenue, consisting of a building complemented with a Lobby, Parking, Gardens and a Swimming pool.

The contract for the foundations and containment was in charge of Tecnasol Mozambique.
