Elevolution Engenharia has been chosen to carry out renovation and maintenance work for the Achacachi – Escoma road.

The road is 74 km in length and forms part of Route 16 of Bolivia’s essential road network. It is located in the western region of the country, in the department of La Paz.

The project will include widening the carriageway, restoring the structure of the road in the aggregate layers (adding cement), recycling the existing layers and applying the bituminous surface.

At the same time, the road’s drainage system will be renovated, improved and expanded, along with all the signs and safety devices. The project includes a road maintenance contract for 3 years after construction.
