After being awarded the 3 IU hotels and outside areas in Soyo, Elevo Angola has won another project in the same place.
The project consists of completing the IKA Hotel in Soyo, in the Zaire province.
The building will have a total area of 12,800m2 and 100 rooms.
Basement: for loading bays, kitchens, laundry facilities, storage and equipment areas.
Ground floor and first floor: for restaurants, reception, meeting rooms, gym.
Floors 2 to 5: for bedrooms.
Roof level: for roof and equipment areas.
The estimated execution time is 8 months.
