The Baixo Alentejo Highway ACE, under the scope of this concession, has entrusted Elevolution Engenharia with the IP2 road rehabilitation and conclusion of the works of art between the nodes of Portel and São Matias.

The main works include repair and reinforcement of the existing pavement, conclusion of the road's technical channel, trench normalization and conclusion of the works of art. Earthmoving, drainage and paving of the nodes at Vila de Frades, Vidigueira Norte and Vidigueira Sul, including execution of their respective re-establishments.
