Rivoli Theatre
Refurbishment and finishings of Rivoli Municipal Theatre, a major cultural space in Porto.With a gross constructed area of 9000 m2, this project involved a vast amount of preliminary work, with an emphasis on the removal of existing mortar, the execution of masonry and floor construction, waterproofing and insulation of roofs and threading pipes through walls and ceilings.
The finishing phase included the cladding of walls and floors, the installation of false ceilings and metalwork and woodwork components.In terms of special installations, emphasis can be placed on a range of electrical equipment, fire detection, ventilation and air conditioning systems, lifts and centralised management equipment, as well as fireproof doors and conduits.
