Brazil
The Group started its activity in Brazil in 2009, focusing on civil construction and public works and has already undertaken some projects in the States of Minas Gerais, Santa Catarina and São Paulo. The activity areas concentrated on up till now are road and rail infrastructures, earthworks and sanitation.The Brazilian economy has recorded interesting growth rates over the last few years. With its continental dimension, a potential market of 200 million inhabitants and an ambitious infrastructure programme, Brazil emerges as a natural market for the international expansion of the Elevo Group.
The high growth potential in the infrastructures area motivated the Elevo Group to invest in Brazil. We are getting to know the market and consolidating our activity. We believe our expertise in the sector is a strong argument that enables us to contribute to the development of the country. We have a valuable know-how that is highly valued in Brazil. We form, for example, partnerships with Brazilin companies through which our technical and/or organisational skills contribute to a better construction.
